Hands-On Learning : Fine Motor Work Station

This activity from Learning4Kids is so easy to set up and provides great fine motor workout for our kids. You just need a paper, markers and buttons/shells/pom poms, etc. Just draw a pattern and your kiddo has to place the buttons along the path. The link above will take you to the website which featured this post.

If you want to add a colour component, use a white paper and markers of various colours to draw for example, circles of various colours and sizes and your kiddo has to place the similar coloured buttons along the outlines of the circle. You cal also similarly try out this activity with size component (small/medium/big buttons).
This activity is good for developing fine motor skills, eye hand coordination, colour and size concept, etc.
