Feature/Function Bundle

Feature/Function bundle created by Spec Ed Superstars is a digital download that can help our kids learn to differentiate everyday objects on the basis of their feature and function. This bundle has two files, first one is the feature/function sorting mats and the second one is What doesn't belong cards.

Let's start with the first one. These sorting mats come in two levels, the first level is easy to complete as there is a faint image of the correct object in the background and is really useful for beginners as they learn by matching objects  that have the same feature/function. In the second level, there are regular sorting mats, wherein your kiddo has to cut and paste the correct ones. There are 12 different categories featured in this bundle that provide excellent practice for our children. The categories are - toys, buildings, appliances, food, clothes, people, tools, plants, animals, birds and vehicles.

The second file in this bundle helps develop the skills learnt from the earlier file as kids learn to answer questions such as what doesn't belong?

There are two levels in this - level 1 names the category. For example, your kiddo has to answer which of the given images is not an appliance. In the second level, he/she has to figure out the category to which most of the images belong and select the odd one among them.

This digital download costs $4 and can be purchased on Teachers Pay Teachers
