Ideally, you need a cork board for this activity, but we didn’t have one at home, so we used thermacol sheets we had. You can even use a cardboard as base for this activity. But please always make sure that your kiddo is closely monitored during this activity as the push pins are very sharp! You can draw alphabets on a paper and mount it on a cork board/thermacol sheet/cardboard and the kid has to place the push pins along the lines.

You can also draw/trace shapes and place push pins along the lines. Even removing the push pins from the board is a good fine motor activity!
